what complicates this all based on what I am reading from twitter lawyers is this being a civil case things are different.

Yeah, the lawyer I showed to this to was a bit flummoxed.  He said...it wouldn't be beyond Alex Jones to try something this scummy and the type of lawyer he retained would also be open to that.  But, the civil case makes it hard to pull off.  Particularly if it revealed criminality.

He also argued that it shouldn't be a prosecutor who controls what information is available.

He also argued Sandy Hook kids performed at the 2012 superbowl
