Why give the GOP anything? Especially on freezing domestic spending programs and going with more failed work requirements for social welfare programs. Is this a better option for Biden and the Administration than utilizing Section Four of 14th Amendment?

yes. Anytime you can keep this failed SCOTUS on the sidelines is a much better option.

People don't realize the cost of voters always being so much in love with the next new thing that we keep electing neophytes to the presidency. That has include Clinton, Bush II, Obama, and Trump. So now that we actually have the 1st guy that's been around the block enough times to have a decent idea how to do the job since GHWB, everybody keeps acting so amazed when he pulls another rabbit out the hat. Regardless of whether you are a fan on policy or not, the fact is it makes a difference when you have a guy in the job who isn't trying to figure out the job as he goes along.
