pssst....eagles are gonna win that division...

I think they got no shot of winning that division. Cowboys are still a full length ahead.

The Eagles have two firsts next year so they definitely have the ammo to move up and get a QB next year so if you're in the camp of getting one of the QBs next draft we should be pulling for Hurts and them to win so that is one less team to worry about next draft.

the lions wont be bad enough to pick a qb high next year unless goff gets hurt and its tim boyle time.  too many bad teams will need qbs.  atlanta, washington, carolina, houston...

had a hunch at first sight that it was a good deal, so I did some digging. According to the Rich Hill Draft Value model—the most modern chart to date—the Lions gave up 435 points of value and gained 475 points of value. In other words, they gained 40 points of value by making this trade with the Vikings. For those wondering, according to the chart, the Lions gained the equivalent of the 95th overall pick—a late third-round pick.

Pickens, Cine, Hill, Brisker, Dean all available. Could have had two of them.

Could still have one of them…and Williams.
