sagnam Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 I know Nick Paul is talented but to me he is also the one NHL guy whose every motion resembles a beer league hockey player. Quote
sagnam Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 Holy crap, Pat Maroon dumps the puck over the glass with under 2 minutes to go in a 3-3 game. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 (edited) Tampa with all kinds of pressure in the OT, then a turnover at the line, a lucky bounce of a blocked shot, one great pass, a shot and it's over. Avs take #1. Edited June 16, 2022 by gehringer_2 Quote

Expand The Avs steamrolled through the first three rounds and are clearly the best of the West. I never thought THAT highly of the Rangers, only that a 2-0 series lead gave them a fighting chance to upset Tampa. Quote
lordstanley Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Big effort by Cirelli to tie it 1-1. Bolts needed that. Quote
lordstanley Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Champs are fighting. Up 3-1. Last stand, or new series? Quote
lordstanley Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 This could have been a great commercial but how do you put in Brodeur but not Lemieux or Yzerman. fine, omit Lemieux if you feel Crosby already covers Pittsburgh, but I demand my our4 Cups be represented Quote
lordstanley Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 The ABC broadcast is so much better than the Canadian broadcast. Quote
lordstanley Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 Tampa picking up where they left off. 17-4 in shots but unlike Game 3 Kuemper is keeping it close. 1-0 after 1. Quote

gehringer_2 Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 Av's with all the chances, can't put it away. Looking for a quick breakaway and win by Tampa. Quote
lordstanley Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 Avs dominated and finally score in an odd ending. If the Bolts had stolen that I’d swear they’d have used up nine lives already. Quote

The puck was stuck there in the net, don't know why everyone but the referee saw it there. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 Avs win in OT. Everybody thought the goalie had it at first but the puck ended up being in the top of net inside the goal. Colorado now leads the series 3-1 and can close it out at home. Quote

Expand It's funny a couple minutes earlier on the puck that hit the crossbar for the Avs I thought to myself watching live "That looked like it hit the top of the net and came out, oh well the ref is right there he would've seen if it did or not" then two minutes later this happened.
