And if that's the case, can we have the money we've already sent back? I hate that I'm thinking this way. That said, that's what they voted for. Oh no, quite the opposite. Red states want all your money now. All of it. That’s what this whole thing is about: taking your money from you.

The revenge tour is about to begin, and may very well start by taking away the few grants we receive in the Northeast-all this while taking more money from taxpayers in the 50K-150K range. Muslims and Arabs are no different in this regard, IMO. This is particularly the case with Hispanic Americans, and to the extent that there are lessons to figure out coming out of this election, this is one that Democrats are really going to need to grapple with. By the time 2030 rolls around, the blue wall plus all the other states (assuming no huge behavioral changes beyond what we saw today) isn't going to be enough; the party is simply going to, at the very least, have to stanch the bleeding. If not build back trust and retake ground. The wildcard in all of this as well is what happens when Trump leaves the scene as well.... the sooner that happens, the easier the task IMO

I’m not saying that because I’m Maga or a Trumper. I’m just telling you that Trump is going to win. I’m not saying that to troll anyone or cause dissent. I’m saying it because it’s going to happen. Now if I’m wrong, I’ll come back, quote this post and say I was wrong. But that won’t be necessary because Trump will be 47. Welp….
LaceyLou
Yes, we have to get our message across to young men of any background-that means labor, emphasizing training in the trades, etc. (I'm aware this affects women too, there's just this belief, however mistaken, that men (especially white men) are being attacked by the Democrats or even that we're trying to eliminate them). As for immigrants... I do often think that the same thing that happens with women happens with them: if they are able to make it up the ladder, they will often pull the ladder up so that others can't climb up too. The not so silent killer is going to be the deficit. Neither party wants to talk about it or acknowledge it. Left unchecked, there won’t be an economy worth taking credit for. The Ronz
I’m somewhat horrified to learn that I apparently have a unique insight to the evil animal that is man. I have nothing additional to say but will leave you with this quote from the B movie “Cruise Into Terror.” "That there is a devil, there is no doubt, but is he trying to get into us or is he trying to get out?" 2

Tigeraholic1
Trump gets the largest Jewish vote ever for Republican. Looking back, maybe ghosting Netanyahu's address to congress and allowing Palestinian to take over DC and raise their flags was not the power move Harris thought it would be. Yet another self inflicted-wound.

Mr.TaterSalad
It's so ****ing depressing to think we elected people to majority power that think Eve came from Adam's rib, evolution isn't how humans came about, and the Earth is only 6,000 years old. Also people who think that vaccines cause more harm than good. Edited November 6 by Mr.TaterSalad
