1) ace anbender is an ass hole.  dont listen to that clown.

2) someone should ask edwards about it.  did he just make a mistake?  if so, then apologize.  have him talk to somebody.  kanye west is a clown begging for attention who has done this time and time again.  donovan edwards is a kid who might not know better.  before we ruin his life, lets try to talk to him about it, see what the issue is, and make a decision on whether something should be done.

If he intentionally retweeted that, then I'm okay with discipline. It's uneducated and hurtful to the Jewish community and there is no place for it in Michigan athletics.

If he did it accidentally (which can happen), then it should be addressed with a statement condemning it (as it looks like was already done) and everyone should move on.

I was friends with a student-athlete in undergrad who is a pro athlete now. They once retweeted a racist image in an uncanny resemblance to what happened here. I was (among) the first to notice it, knew there was no way they meant to post it, and I showed it to them. They were mortified that it had happened and instantly deleted it, then retweeted a post from the team account that they had been in from earlier in the year, supporting BLM... And that was that. No one "important" ever saw it and it never made news, though I'm sure it would have had the right (wrong?) people seen it.

Accidents do happen when you're on social media enough, especially when a single click on a single part of the screen is enough to retweet.

an apology for any mistake, acceptance of the apology, and further discussion is all that is needed.

there is no need for "punishment."  there is need for forgiveness and understanding.

if a pattern of disrespect emerges, then that should be dealt with differently.  but one instance like this is not a cause for giving the internet mobs and ace anbender's of the world their pound of flesh.

I don't think I've accidentally re-tweeted, but I definitely have accidentally Liked tweets before on Twitter. Now and then I'll call up the Like list on my profile and recall reading the tweets but be shocked by some of the ones I must have clicked the heart on. If it was only a re-tweet and not a quote tweet, I can see it happening.

Sorry if I don't think it was an accident.  A lot of Kanye followers are cult-like.  They'll go along with anything he says.    It's so goddamned frustrating where we're going overall.     This kid just has something to lose so he backed off.     A lot of Jews helped make Kanye really rich, but he's off his meds.

And this narrative of  See how they band together to freeze Kanye out?    Yes, because if a white or Jewish celebrity starting saying things like this about black people they'd be welcome with open arms, right?

Love the fact that he showed up at Skechers (wanting a deal since Adidas booted him).......You know Skechers, founded and run by ROBERT GREENBERG.  They escorted him right out.   Maybe he can strike a deal with Big Baller Brand.  A match made in hell.

Throw out the records, this will be a tighter game than Michigan fans would like, but eventually the running game will wear MSU down and open up the passing game.   34-24 Michigan.

MSU doesn’t have the weapons to get 24 pts..but college crappe is real so they will score.

They absolutely do have the weapons on offense.  Their shaky OL, inconsistent QB play, and a few injuries have stifled them.   Coleman and Reed are one of the best WR duos in the country.  Thorne has been a disappointment this year but he’s shown in the past that’s he’s more than capable in the past.

Can the MSU defense stop UM’s punishing run game?  No, probably not.   They are getting healthier on defense but won’t be enough.   Close game into the 3rd until UM pulls away even though State plays one of their better games of the season.

UM 41

MSU 27
