Aww, that shot of the snapper on the sideline makes me feel sad for him. These are just kids.

29-7. Right around the spread, no?

Concur…he’s my son’s age.

Yeah, I feel bad for him and especially the punter who has had to be a hero.

I believe they mentioned earlier in the game he is the backup snapper too, totally a thankless position, you're never going to get praised for doing it right but if things go wrong you're going to be at the center of attention.

With PSU in the rear view mirror, OSU has a cake walk left. Illinois is left for UM but it's in Ann Arbor. Possible trap game but at least 60/40 both teams go 11-0

I know MSU isn't good but this was the healthiest they've been all season getting back some key players they didn't have earlier and they of course treated this game as their season so this isn't just a normal win against a 3-4 team. I hope voters keep that in mind when they review this game.

You throw that trick play in at this point not necessarily to tack on points in this one but to give future opponents(OSU) something to think about when reviewing your tape.  They may try a similar play in the future but run different routes with the receivers which would completely throw off the other team.

To add to this it's the same reason Ryan Day ran that fake punt against Rutgers when they were up a billion. Do you think he really cared if they won by a billion or a billion + 7? No it was to just give one more thing for future teams to think about when reviewing your tape.
