He’d be making a mistake to do it now.  The only place he can play this season is UM.  He’s already used his redshirt so it doesn’t seem to have any value for him to quit now.   Hang out and see if maybe JJ gets hurt.  He can transfer out at season end either way.

BTW, I wouldn’t put it past Jimmy to have doctored the team votes to make sure that Cade was named captain.  It’s another thing he could hold over him to use to get him to stay as insurance for the season.

With NIL and eligibility rules, it probably makes more sense for him to wait it out and see who can make him the best offer for next season. A school like Texas A&M, Texas, or Florida may throw a practical NFL contract at him to come down, but they won't be able to really know for sure until after their guys declare.

JJ's quarter has been not sterling.  He's making great plays but the overall production is just a hair below awesome.

Uconn has won maybe 6 games in their last 4 seasons? This is one of those events that shouldn't be justified by calling it a game. It's the Ann Arbor version of the Tigers/Florida State game.

Yeah that came up short from 62 but it was right down the middle, with the way NFL kickers have looked this year I think Moody may be playing on Sundays next year.

Michigan up 7-0 3 seconds into the game...and they kicked off! I don't think I have ever a kicking team score a TD that fast.

 They corrected the clock which initially didn’t run on the 1st down play. So 8 seconds to take the lead. Michigan on pace to win 3,150.

yeah - short of covering a muffed kick in the end zone you couldn't score any faster.

Yeah on second thought I didn't need to preface it with kicking team cause I don't think a receiving team could return a kick to the end zone that fast unless it was an onside kick straight to Usain Bolt.
