Ukraine is a big enough land prize for him.

He'll still attack other democracies and NATO by asymmetric means but not militarily.

No, he would like those Baltic states.  He knows that it is by no means a sure thing that all of Lithuania's NATO allies will come to its defense.  Do you think that Biden would get Congressional approval to send combat troops to fight the Russians in Lithuania?
