Yeah, the bad tactics are as much the testosterone-addled mindset of mobster/KGB officer who prizes bold strokes and toughness over coordination and subtlety. The most egregious stuff going on is in the Donbas and Luhansk. The mongrel troops the Russians have recruited there are very unprofessional and demonstrate zero semblance of battle drill.
