The Wings were all over the Hawks in the 2nd and it didn't feel as close a 2-goal game, but now Hawks score and it's 3-2 Wings with much of the 3rd period to go.

Wings letting this one get away. Zadina misses a break and then on a Wings PP the Hawks score a shortie to tie it.

raymond has been shit this year.  zadina looks the same: plays really well and cannot finish for shit.  their bottom defensemen are awful.

they lost to the fucking blackhawks.  ridiculous.

I predicted (maybe not in writing) a sophomore slump for Raymond and Seider not missing a beat.

First 4 games hasn't changed that for me.

I wouldn’t say that about the Wings yet. First four games haven’t told us much yet. Nice record, but 3 of the 4 opponents are among the lousiest teams in the league. The Hawks game was fine until the final period.

It's wishful thinking that Zadina and Veleno are going to pull Vrana and Bertuzzi's weight. It's going to be tough sledding until those two get back, assuming Vrana does....

Seider is right at the TOI he averaged last season - ~22-23 min, but I'd almost like Lalonde to cut his time down a bit for a while because I'd rather see him get used to skating harder when he is out there. Just haven't seem him play at as wide open a throttle as I remember him being last season and it makes me think he is out there thinking about conserving his energy. Raymond made some mistakes but I have to give him credit for also playing harder than most the guys out there last night. The Wings are also doing a shit job of protecting Larkin. Someone needed to go take it to the jerk that X-checked him again.
