I suppose you could, but he'd be cold, but mainly I just don't think you would show up your guy like that. If he's a good game goalie the one point isn't worth all the potential drama it would bring down.

but seriously, wtf happened to seider?  raymond has come around and seider looked ok for two periods and then fell apart.  hopefully all those rookies can provide some defensive help, because hagg/lindstrom/oesterle/hronek aint doin it.

maata's actually been ok.  chairot too.  but if seider is going to play this poorly all season long its another step back in the rebuild.

and honestly, these types of games were coming.  they havent been able to get the puck consistently out of their own zone and possess it all season long.  their puck luck wouldnt last forever.

Quite the meltdown.

Rangers had 17 shots in the 3rd after having 16 total in the 1st two, and scored on 6 of them.

I was ecstatic when Zadina "fell" to us...there had been a fair amount of whispers about them drafting Bouchard pre draft (not so much on Hughes).  If only....

Wings lose, despite a late great chance by Larkin. No moral victories, but not the stench there would have been if the game had ended after two periods.

You may have been able to see my annoyed look on camera lol.  Was down in the end the camera was facing where the Wings defended twice. Fun but frustrating.

Great vantage point! And nice jerseys on both teams. So there's that.

I went to check the game highlights and we were probably in frame of the normal wide shots any time the puck was in that end, you can sort of make out my wife cheering as I put my hand on my head in disbelief as the Kings scored 8 seconds in:

Bert is back in the lineup tomorrow!  I feel like Berggren has been playing well so I'm hopeful he stays in the lineup if possible.

not getting much out of Suter IMHO, but he's probably too big an investment to cut his ice time .....yet.

suter was a healthy scratch to start the season before bert got hurt so its not inconceivable it happens again.  i agree he's kind of worthless.  let berggren play!

Is Zadina hurt?       Seems like calling him a bust at this point is becoming justified. 

 

And we all through Yzerman pulled a fast one acquiring Ned.    Not so sure about that now.   He's not good.

Zadina may be a bust, but if he is getting his leg broken (apparently) by blocking a shot is not what made him so.
