You mean downloading and using an app from the App Store to conduct government military (…and other business.. because you just KNOW the whole lot of these idiots are using Signal to conduct chats for EVERYTHING) …. is not a good idea? Tigermojo Posted Wednesday at 09:49 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:49 PM No wonder they said don't bother countering Russian hacking, they're just giving all the Intel away. I'm sure there are no crypto payments involved... Quote
Tigerbomb13 Posted Wednesday at 09:52 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:52 PM Who’da thunk that hiring people completely unqualified for these positions could go wrong? Quote
Dan Gilmore Posted Wednesday at 11:05 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:05 PM While I appreciate people slamming Hegseth for the security failures, I really want him getting hammered on lying about it. We have bemoaned the constant lies from Trump and his GOP enablers. This is a good place to start hanging the lies out for constant condemnation. 2 2 Quote

ewsieg Posted Thursday at 02:16 AM Posted Thursday at 02:16 AM I'm not going to bother posting as 1) it's Dave Portnoy and 2) it's long, but he basically put out a 'WTF' post about the Houthi PC small group. At minimum he says Waltz should be fired. He's not overly political, but part of that bro podcast club. Good to see IMO. Quote

romad1 Posted Thursday at 09:46 AM Posted Thursday at 09:46 AM Glad to see Colbert giving this the right treatment. People get this story it appears. It breaks through the idiocracy. Quote
romad1 Posted Thursday at 09:48 AM Posted Thursday at 09:48 AM This would be an indicator IF this story were breaking through. Quote

romad1 Posted Thursday at 01:07 PM Posted Thursday at 01:07 PM In some cases the allied groups who are trying to latch onto some rock during a storm surge of negative stories will latch onto these things "You don't even know how to tell what an Assault Rifle is!" Quote

Navigating it is just part of the game. Quote
romad1 Posted Thursday at 04:26 PM Posted Thursday at 04:26 PM Ok, its nice Signalgate is a serious issue for Trump, even among Republicans: poll Quote Three out of four Americans — including 60% of Republicans — say the Trump administration's use of a Signal group chat to discuss military strikes is a serious problem, according to the first poll out on the national security breach. That said, this has legs I haven't seen in a bit and I think that's because of just how blatant it is, coupled with the fact that everyone involved knows they have to repeat the presidents lie, despite knowing how foolish they look. I texted a MAGA friend that loves the new press secretary and initially he seemed confused that she couldn't just claim it as a mistake. I reminded him that dear leader Trump would not allow her to keep the job if she did and he actually conceded. My concern now though is Trump has always been a magician. He's going to try and redirect and usually that means doing something pretty ****ing awful. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted Thursday at 07:03 PM Posted Thursday at 07:03 PM Dems didn't allow January 6th to fade into memory. They had a whole congressional investigation into it with prime time hearings. They brought charges against Trump. Biden had multiple press conferences on it. Harris ran on it and spoke about it on her rallies. Dems ran ads on it. No one cared. Quote
