Buck was pretty explicit about the impeachment of Joe Biden being unconstitutional.  He has other grievances as well.  Clearly is no fan of Escort-turned-Congresswoman Boebert.

The Boebert stuff is news to me but yeah he was pretty strong on the President Hunter Biden Impeachment.   I feel like his change of heart was happening before that.   Maybe it was still the President Hunter Biden Impeachment but he knew what was going on in the smoke filled back rooms before they took their "strategy" public.

getting old sucks doesn't it?

Which one gave it away? The fact that I couldn’t read straight first thing in the morning, or the fact that I only almost got a woody? 😁

This must be one of the first, if not the first, Church Chat, since the audience didn't go crazy as soon as it was introduced.

Yes it was.  It was the first sketch of the first season with that cast, after the bad season with Anthony Michael Hall, Downey Jr, etc. that ended with a fire and not knowing who "survived".

Madonna did the cold open saying the previous season was all a dream (Dallas style).  After Sigourney Weaver's monologue they opened with Church Chat.

At the last minute Lorne told Dana Carvey they were starting with Church Chat. It terrified him. It was the right call and set that cast up well for the future.

This inspired me to put it on.  Man Sigourney Weaver was hot.  I don' remember thinking that at the time with Ghostbusters and Aliens, even though she barely had anything on in Aliens, I think she had to shave for that scene.

You probably already know that Sigourney Weaver was seen in the crowd shots of a Beatles concert film in 1965. Even at age 14, she was a woman among girls.

Sigourney Weaver and Mel Gibson in "The Year of Living Dangerously" are two actors with Verlander/Scherzer grade fastballs.

Wrong tagline. Hers was “never mind!”

Yeah, it's been so long I got confused there. I haven't watched SNL in forever (aside from a few clips here and there...).

As soon as you said "Never mind."

Yeah, OK, I remember that now, of course.

But it seems like I'm needing more hints now than ever to try and remember stuff that I already knew.

I think the pathways to my memory chips are starting to falter...

Do people really believe the Trump party is going to win bunches of elections this November?

Don't people love chaos, violence and bad leadership?  Doesn't it entertain them?  Don't they secretly harbor dreams of a Christian nation centered on its reverence for a guy who bullies his friends and enemies like Christ (apparently) did?  Don't they think Russia is great and NATO is bad?  Aren't brown people or that fruit at work who dresses like a weirdo, the problem?
