Is this two years in a row we got screwed by the lottery?  Ivey was number 5 as well and I would imagine we had one of the three worst records last year also.

I am not sure #2 or #5 is much different for us.  Scoot was not a fit for us.  So we would have had to draft him and trade him.  Obviously, I'd prefer 2 over 5 but the real miss here is not getting #1 and only one team was going to win this lottery.

It sucks because they put these stupid new rules in to avoid tanking and the Pistons didn’t tank.  They just sucked really bad.   San Antonio tanked and gets the pick.   **** this league.

It sucks that just when the Pistons decide to finally bottom out instead of being stuck in the 9-12th seed purgatory is right when the league changes the lottery rules and makes it harder for said ****ty teams to win the lottery. Kinda like how the NFL changed the rookie draft scale the year the Lions got good and stopped picking in the top 5.

Pistons could move to Seattle and I don't think that many people would be upset.   They are a non-factor in Detroit sports.    If Cade Cunningham gets hurt again this season, then he'll be a bust.

Well, the positivity didn’t work, so imagine this garbage off-season that’s a real possibility: Kevin Ollie is the coach, we draft a Thompson twin, and sign Dillon Brooks on free agency.
