Wings down 1-0 to Tampa in the 1st. Go on the road for three after this.

Hate giving up a goal right before the intermission. 2-1 Tampa late in 1st after Red Wings buzzing had paid off to tie it. 

on other hand,  scoring a goal right before intermission is fine by me. Rasmussen tips in the 2-2 goal.

Probably just my imagination, and maybe fans of all teams feel the same,   but seems that after scoring a goal the Wings are prone to giving a quickie right back. 3-3 with 6 minutes left in 2nd after the short-lived lead from Larkin.

Going 4 on 4 versus Tampa for 2 minutes doesn't seem like fair exchange.

But 5-3 Wings with under 7 to go.

Weak goal by Kucherov, dribbles by Husso. 5-4 with just under 4 minutes to go.

Empty netters by Perron and Rasmussen give the Wings a huge win! Stops the bleeding.

I feel like the Lightning are just poor sports all around, sore winners and sore losers.

Right around 11 a.m. Thursday, the NHL announced the Dec. 23 between the Wings and the Senators at Canadian Tire Centre has been postponed, and rescheduled to Feb. 27, due to severe winter weather expected to impact the area. 

The Wings already were scheduled to play the Senators in Ottawa on Feb. 28, so this postponement eases travel requirements.

Watching the team that played this game you wouldn't think they could go winless in 7. 

Great game for Rasmussen, but it's pretty much a trend with this team that if you play with Larkin and/or Perron you are going to have a chance to put up numbers. Morritz playing like he was fed up as well, getting himself thoroughly under the Lightning's skin by crushing several of them in the course of the game.

Who let the Wings into the egg nog, pre-game? 4-0 Pens after 1.

Wings didn’t roll over, cut the lead in half in 2nd period.  4-2 with 10 minutes left in regulation.

OT. This game is already something of a victory no matter what. Ken K animated, sounded likrRasmussen and Erne kept hustling after tying goal.

wings were just asleep in front of Husso in the 1st. Dmen took turns getting beat at the net - Osterle, Walman and Hronek in turn I think - but they were carrying the play even while they were giving up the early lead. 

So who gets bumped for Vrana and Fabbri? Top of my list would might be be Suter - after that it's a tougher call.

Soderblom is an easy move organizationally, would be a bad move competitively. 4 points in his 4 games since returning, +4 in that span, and on only 10 min/game. There are half a dozen forwards who bring less than Soderblom is currently.
