He showed the flashes again today. That play at the end of the 2nd quarter where he made a move and got out of bounds to stop the clock was impressive.

But then he’ll tip toe at the line or choose to go out of bounds rather than shooting a gap or taking on contact. It’s very frustrating.

Tampa down 28-0. They are going to have the same record as the Lions and still be in line to host a playoff game.

its going to be a miracle for the lions to do it.  not to mention that the lions have to win all their games too.  including three road games.  that's a tall task for any nfl team.

And the Lions have won their last 2 road games. Winning 5 in a row in the NFL is really hard, winning 5 on the road is nearly impossible.

The Lions have been good at breaking teams. They beat the 10-1 Cardinals and they have never been the same since. They beat the 7-2 Giants and they are free falling. Are the Vikings next?

Last year the Eagles started 2-5. They went on a run to finish with 9 wins and make the playoffs. they then had multiple 1st round picks. They are now Super Bowl contenders. The Lions are following the same trajectory.

Darnold had an open lane to walk it into the end zone, so he started scrambling up towards it and then stopped three yards short and threw it incomplete into coverage in the end zone.
